About the role

ALLIS WELL Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Resident Doctor to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Resident Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to our patients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough medical examinations and consultations with patients of all ages
• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses
• Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress
• Providing preventive healthcare advice and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Participating in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements

What we're looking for

• Fully registered as a medical practitioner with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
• At least 2 years of experience in a general practice or primary care setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in these languages
