MATERIAL PLANNER (OFFICER)

We are looking for a Material Planner to manage and coordinate the supply of materials needed for our furniture production.

Job Description:
Responsible for planning and coordinating materials required for furniture production. This role ensures materials are available on time, inventory is well controlled, and production runs smoothly without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage materials for daily and monthly production.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are sufficient without overstocking.
• Prepare stock and material reports for management.
• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Use ERP or inventory systems to track stock and update material planning.
• Handle urgent material requirements to avoid production disruptions.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM or Diploma in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in material planning or inventory control (manufacturing preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
