Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the banquet area, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage service.
• Manage inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination to support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with the Kitchen, Sales & Events team, and event organizers to ensure the successful execution of all functions and meet guest expectations.
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance in all banquet functions.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Masai, Johor.
