JOB PURPOSE

Key Responsibilities: • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports. • Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. • Communicate with vendors, customers, and other members of the team to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. • Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable. • Process payments and invoices, and reconcile bank statements. • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory records.
