• Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents.
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
• Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
• Draft and report financial presentations.
• Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.
Responsible for planning, reviewing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of Company’s financial strategies and policies to ensure the sustainable long-term financial health of the organisation.
Responsible for managing the operational financial transactions and leading the Financial Accounting team in safeguarding and preserving the integrity and reliability of the financial records of Company are fulfilled following the relevant guidelines, policies, and requirements set forth by authoritative and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
• Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and other members of the team to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Process payments and invoices, and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory records.
