• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Managers
• Assist to ensure all accounting records and bookkeeping transactions across all jurisdictions are updated via systems
• Ensure that all donor receive their receipts on time
• Compile and analyze data, track information, and support the finance team
• Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
• Assist supervisor in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with cash collection
Requirement:
• Preferred academic background is a Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Good work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to hit deadlines and targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good use of Microsoft Package.
• MS Excel proficient user
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to learn new things and experience humanitarian work.
• Minimum internship duration 6 months
