Research works:
To assist in-house microbial production using bioreactors
To perform routine microbial laboratory operations (e.g samples preparation, microbial cultures)

Role Summary:
We’re looking for an administrative clerk to be based at our AARKD office. As an Advisory/Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include data entry, stock management, scheduling, facility checks, and other critical support tasks to ensure the smooth running of our laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently manage data entries in English, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail for client-based reports prepared by executives.
- Assist in research data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to place stock orders, follow up on delivery orders, and summarise laboratory stock usage for submission to the accounts department.
- Monitor and record employee movements, including office attendance, outstation assignments, leaves, and absences.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure all necessary preparations are made in advance.
- Conduct routine checks of the laboratory and building utilities for faults that require repair and notify the maintenance team to arrange for repairs.

Requirements:
