Deliver meals to the patients according to hospital’s schedule including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper2.Involve directly in food plating during all mealtime as scheduled.3.Portion patients’ meal following the standard portion size based on Hospital Diet Manual.4.Ensure all types of diet are correct and tally to Bed Management System (BMS) Form.5.Ensure all crockeries serve to the patients are clean and complete.6.Ensure all patients get the right meal as ordered by the ward and the patients.7.Participate directly in weekly and monthly inventory monitoring.8.Maintain cleanliness of trayline and working area.9.Maintain good communication with patients, hospital staff, the Management and among colleagues.10.Participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.) Conformance to Hospital Accreditations.11. Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).12. All policies and procedures are adhered to and records are maintained.Ensure conformance to all policies and procedures.13. To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by Head of Services or Hospital Management.
