To lead the application team in managing and supporting all existing IT applications, while serving as the primary point of contact for the business.
In this role, you will act as the business analyst within the Division, assisting in the development and implementation of new applications and processes. You will ensure the seamless day-to-day operations and continuous functionality of systems, while guiding the business through the adoption of new technologies
Lead and assist with the setup, configuration, and administration of all application & systems (including POS platforms like Xilnex and Yardi) for Ticketing, Retail, and F&B. Responsibilities include managing pricing, promotions, system interfaces, postings, and E-invoicing across all current and future platforms, including online channels.
