KEY RESONSIBILITIES
-Developing and implementing new methods / technology of teaching to reflect change in research.
-Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials.
-Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials.
-Assessing students' coursework.
-Setting, invigilate and marking examination.
-Support student through a pastoral / advisory role.
-Undertaking personal research projects and actively contributing to the Institution's research profile.
-Writing up research and preparing it for publication.
-Supervising student research activities and internship.
-Undertaking Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities.
-Undertaking administrative task related to the department, 'such as student' admission, induction program, involvement in committees and boards and graduation ceremonies.
-Managing and supervising staffs.
-Representing the Institution of professional conferences and seminars, and contributing and organization.
-Establishing collaborative links outside Institution with industrial, commercial and public organization.
-Participate and assist sales and marketing department in education fairs, road shows and other marketing activities.
-To conduct all relevant consultancy and training of course/programs and other related tasks for our client anywhere in the world.
-To develop, coordinate and market all the maritime and other related programs as determined by the Organization.
-Undertake other relevant task/duties/responsibilities directed by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least
1. Master's degree in Occupational, Safety & Health (OSH) related field OR
2. PhD in Occupational, Safety & Health (OSH) related field OR
3. Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years working experience or equivalent in related field. OR
4. Master's degree with minimum 1 year working experience or equivalent in related field. OR
5. PhD with minimum 1 year working experience or equivalent in related field.
Required Skill(s): Teaching Skill, Classroom Management, Time Management, Mentoring Skill, Computer Skill.
Understanding MQA's document will be a great advantage.
Able to teach other
6. Candidate with cabin crew experience is preferred.

Our client is in the business of aerospace industry. They are currently seeking for Customer Relationship Representative who will be responsible to create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, administering customer-focused programs, and processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
1. Compile and register all incoming completed continuing airworthiness records including
check package, out of phase items and workshop package.
2. Review all aircraft records received, to check on accuracy and completeness prior updating and filing in archive.
3. Compiling and updating aircraft call-out list, log books (airframe/APU/engines), modification book and component list accordingly. All logbooks are to be checked for accuracy of time recording and completeness.
4. File/Store all continuing airworthiness records appropriately and ensure all files/boxes/cabinets are labelled clearly & accurately. Any documents retrieved are to be returned into the appropriate file/box and cabinet. Records all retrieval activities.
5. Updating the inventory list upon storing/archiving any aircraft document and ensure the accuracy prior box/cabinet labelling.
6. Compiling and updating Continuing Airworthiness records for Certificate of Airworthiness and Certificate Maintenance Review application/renewal.
7. Highlight any missing/incomplete/discrepancies noted in aircraft documents to the attention of related department as appropriate.
8. Regularly check all continuing airworthiness records stored in archive are in good condition & clearly labelled as per the inventory list.
9. Participate in records review exercise during aircraft purchase/induction/sale/lease return.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
