Responsible for managing and providing sales support services to sales management, business development team and business partner, i.e. to work closely with team member, Bancassurance stakeholders internally (operations & sales channels) and externally (bank partners) to achieve business objectives in the areas of sales administration and support.
This role is primarily focusing on providing comprehensive need-based bancassurance advisory according to client’s needs. Client focus & well verse with conventional and takaful insurance products in the market is critical for this role.
The successful candidate is accountable for the performance of their portfolio by driving relevant Bancassurance sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities. Delivering service excellence is expected. Upholding to OCBC Values is expected. Hence, understanding and adhering to the sales governance & compliance requirement are critical in maintaining the level of integrity required by OCBC.
To execute the business plan and achieve the production target set by the Company through effective relationship building, coaching, sales tracking and monitoring of sales performance of branches under her/his care. The primary role is to provide sales support, training & coaching and joint sales call with the sales staff at branches/hubs and to work closely with branch managers and hub heads in developing or planning Banca sales activities.
