- Service Execution: Part-time equipment maintenance (leading the repair of complex faults), key customer training (operation and maintenance knowledge); assist the spare parts department in carrying out spare parts plan reserve, inventory and sales; be responsible for in-warranty service claims and out-of warranty fee collection.
