We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Technician to join our precision manufacturing team, responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting mechanical drawings, and ensuring high-quality production through accurate machining and inspections.
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of CNC machine setup experience is preferred....
Carry out machine setup and production runs on CNC machines in accordance with instructions from the Line Leader, including 5S housekeeping and any other tasks required to support daily operations
Identify and work exclusively with the latest approved part drawings and engineering documents at all times
Verify and ensure the correct material and inputs are used based on the Process Traveler...
Programs lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads.
Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position....

Able to read and program basic machining G code and also run pre-programmed parts on mills and lathes, watching the cutting process to catch errors early.
