The Customer Service and Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and processing orders. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability
Process customer orders and ensure that they are accurately and efficiently fulfilled
Recommend products and services to customers as appropriate
Constantly develop new products with collaborators and look for opportunities in the market.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
Document customer interactions and actions are taken in our customer relationship management system
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency with computers and relevant software programs
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer-focused attitude and dedication to providing excellent service
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Salary will be based on the level of experience.
Candidates with experience in the education field will be a huge plus.
