Job Description
Deliver genuine service from the heart
Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff
Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
Learn and be proficient on product knowledge of all items on the menu
Requirements:
Min 1 year of F&B - restaurant setting experience
Passion for hospitality and high standard of service
High willingness to learn - training will be provided
Speaks good English

Sanitation Standards:
Establish and maintain high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.
Operational Support:
Provide functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.
Inventory Management:
Keep the F&B equipment inventory book up to date.
Pest Control:
Maintain all F&B areas free of pests at all times.
Cleaning Duties:
Clean food preparation areas, facilities, and equipment.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Stock Management:
Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
