Position: Administrative Support Cum Customer Service Officer
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $2600
Job Responsibilities:
Assist manager by keeping records of tenant inquiries and complaints.
Aid new tenants with fitting out applications and deliveries.
Coordinate with contractors for on-site inspections.
Provide administrative support for weekly and monthly HQ submissions.
Professionally handle phone calls and feedback with a positive attitude.
Maintain an organized filing system for property documentation.
Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance records.
Assist with general administrative tasks.
Provide support at Shopping Mall Concierge when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum 'O' Level qualification or relevant certificates.
Experience in the service industry or retail shopping mall sector preferred.
Candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management are advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
