Responsible to oversee the organization entire sales activities including customer communication, contract proposal, contract review, handling of customer feedback including complaints and etc.
Responsible for customers’ delivery schedules upon received new and revision delivery plans, check on hand stocks and coordinate with planning to update customers immediately (within 1-2 working days) if unable to meet the delivery date and discuss for solution.
