Employer: HERBLISS (M) SDN BHD
Location: Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu, Kelantan
Position : Wellness Advisor (Customer Service)
Working Day/Hours : Saturday to Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
Salary : RM1,500 + Commission
REQUIREMENTS:
Responding to customers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information and resolving customers' issues related to the products.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers' needs.
Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
Good attitude and well-organized.
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, positive thinking, willing to learn, and possess a “can-do” attitude.
Able to carry out efficiently and within the time given, the duties and responsibilities assigned to you, whether in writing or verbally.
Able to work as a part of a team.
Able to work in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan.
