Reporting to Retail Manager, Singapore & Malaysia, the incumbent will be responsible to work closely with both Retail Manager and Store Managers in Singapore & Malaysia to support all operational need, coordination with internal departments (including but not limited to Marketing, PR, VM, HR and Merchandising) and external business partners to ensure operations excellence. Key responsibilities as follow:

Responsibilities:

. Support the Retail Manager to prepare various sales and research reports in retail aspects for management review . Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation for stores and manager usage. . Support the Retail Manager in all stores daily operations by following the operations guideline . Assist in store openings, renovation projects and store maintenance follow up . Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and stores to achieve operational efficiency . Keep track on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers . Work closely with Regional Office in Hong Kong to execute tasks related to Retail Marketing & Loyalty Program, HR, VM, etc. (such as translations of internal documents, invoices handling, working permit application for shopping mall, calculation and verification of sales incentives etc.) . Consolidate communications from landlords and malls in terms of promotions, events and collaborations for Retail Manager to review and revert to ROA Marketing Team to follow up . Handle and manage PR samples to ensure they are well-maintained and stored properly. Be the contact point and in-charge of sample loan arrangement to media . Participate in ad hoc projects
