Interact with viewers, present products and services, address queries, and maintain a lively atmosphere to drive traffic and engagement. Develop innovative approaches to enhance and optimize production workflow. Strive to achieve set targets and continuously improve viewer engagement and experience. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry happenings. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Display a dynamic and energetic personality to keep viewers engaged. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Update content daily. Prepare all the equipment before starting live. List products on e-commerce platforms. Respond to all the chat/complaints from customers. Monitor performance metrics like views, likes, and followers. Provide reports and insights to live-host performance. Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities as and when required. Requirements: Experienced in handling live hosts for e-commerce platforms. Proficient in using TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Majoring in media, advertising, marketing and / or related studies. Prior experience as an e-commerce content creator, social media influencer or live stream host is a bonus. Participate in the livestream process according to the livestream schedule. Able to work on roster and shift arrangement. Professional live studio provided, WFH is not available. Dare to speak in front camera live platform. Cheerful, not camera shy, energetic, and confident during live. PH and Weekend required to work, rest on weekdays. Live hours - 4 to 8 hours.
