As a Property Sales Agent, you will:
• Introduce and promote Landed Residential Projects around Klang, Shah Alam and surrounding areas• Follow up with potential buyers and understand their property needs• Arrange and attend property viewings with clients• Explain property details, pricing, packages and available units• Assist clients throughout the property purchasing process• Build and maintain good relationships with customers• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls and social media• Participate in property events, roadshows and team activities• Learn and apply sales, communication and negotiation skills• Work together with the team to achieve individual and team targets
