Accounting assistants record and report accounting situations to the accountant they work with, verify deposits and prepare daily reports and income. They arrange authorised refund vouchers, maintain the returned check accounts and communicate with managers concerning any issues.
Bertanggungjawab menguruskan hal-hal berkaitan dengan akaun dan transaksi GL & RL seperti invois, lejer, delivery order, nota debit dan memantau transaksi harian.

1.MENERIMA, MEREKOD DAN MENGAWALSELIA SEMUA PERAKAUNAN .
2. MENCATATKAN DAN MEREKOD PERAKAUNAN DAN SIMPANAN UNTUK AKAUN SAWIT DAN PROJEK DURIAN.
3. MENYEDIAKAN SENARAI GAJI DAN REKOD YANG BERKAITAN UNTUK GAJI PEKERJA DAN BAGI TUJUAN PENYIMPANAN REKOD.
4. MENYEDIAKAN LAPORAN PETTY CASH, INVOIS BELIAN DAN MENYIMPAN REKOD TRANSAKSI.
5. MENYEDIAKAN SEMUA DOKUMEN KEWANGAN - RINGKASAN KOS BAHAN DAN GAJI PEKERJA BULANAN DAN MINGGUAN UNTUK SAWIT SERTA PROJEK DURIAN KEPADA IBU PEJABAT SETIAP BULAN DAN PERMINTAAN DARIPADA IBU PEJABAT DARI MASA KE SEMASA.
6. MEMPROSES SEMUA DOKUMENTASI DAN MENYELENGGARA REKOD STOK BIBIT SEMUA JENIS DURIAN, STOK BAJA SERTA RACUN UNTUK DURIAN, PERALATAN LADANG PENGGUNAAN MINYAK DIESEL SERTA LAPORAN KERJA-KERJA BERKAITAN PROJEK DURIAN DAN SAWIT.
7. MENYEDIAKAN LAPORAN STOK BIBIT DURIAN YANG TELAH DI TANAM/MATI/MASIH BERADA DI NURSERY DURIAN SETIAP BULAN.
8. MENYEDIAKAN DAN MENYEMAK PENGGAJIAN PEKERJA-PEKERJA ESTET UNTUK KELULUSAN BAHAGIAN KEWANGAN IBU PEJABAT.
9. MELAKSANAKAN TUGASAN-TUGASAN LAIN YANG BERKAITAN DENGAN OPERASI PERNIAGAAN ATAS ARAHAN PENGURUS.
10. BERSEDIA MENGIKUTI SEBARANG KURSUS/LATIHAN KEMAHIRAN BERKAITAN SKOP KERJA JIKA DIARAHKAN OLEH PIHAK MAJIKAN.
