- We are looking for Sales Engineer for a Japanese MNC, specialized in manufacturing industrial adhesives & coatings.Basic Salary MYR3,000 - MYR5,000Allowances providedLocation at Batu Uban, Gelugor , Georgetown, Pulau Pinang5 Working Days / WeekKey Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in OEM and aftermarket segments.Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.Technical SupportWork closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly/monthly sales reports.Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.
