- The Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed according to specifications, drawings, and within the approved timeline. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered for junior positions. Candidates must have good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic survey instruments is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a valid driving license with own transport are required. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.
