Key Tasks : • Plan, monitor, and manage crane and hoist installation, modernization, and service projects from initiation to completion. • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract terms. • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to secure timely delivery of materials and services. • Provide technical support in crane and hoist installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and Konecranes quality requirements. • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during project execution. • Attend to site meeting • Review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure feasibility and accuracy. • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and progress meetings to maintain clear communication and trust with stakeholders. • Provide professional guidance and technical recommendations to optimize customer lifting solutions. • Ensure all projects are executed in strict compliance with local safety regulations, ISO standards, and Konecranes’ EHS policies. • Promote a strong safety culture and monitor site safety performance. • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. • Support the development of standardized procedures and best practices within the Project Engineering team
