The Talent
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaign execution and budget management.
Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels and techniques.
Candidate that has prior marketing experience in gaming, toy collectible or entertainment industries is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for marketing analytics and project management.
The Job
Implement all promotion and event plans as proposed and approved by the headquarters team.
Ensure timely execution of promotional activities and events to meet set objectives and deadlines.
Manage budget allocation for marketing activities, ensuring effective utilization of resources while adhering to financial guidelines and targets.
Monitor expenses and adjust allocations as needed to optimize ROI.
Direct and supervise both online and offline marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with mall management teams to facilitate event planning and execution.
Coordinate logistics and requirements with mall authorities to ensure smooth event operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the local marketing team and the headquarters team.
Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to ensure alignment with global marketing strategies and objectives.

Job Description:
Provide support and guidance to the team members
Organize the company's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various company's events and tournaments circuits
Manage Public Relations materials to be used at events
Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced Degree in Events/Marketing
