  • - Prepare accurate cost estimates (taking-off) and budgets for fit out works, furniture and equipment for each outlet that assigned.- Draft, review, and prepare contracts Letter of Award (LOA) to contractors, nominated contractor andsuppliers.- Certify contractor payment (deposit, progress claim and retention) for projects assigned.- Liaise with internal team (designer and fit out) if and discrepancy on the drawing and SVC.- Work closely with the designer, and fit-out teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Ordering equipment and furniture upon layout drawing approved
