Inspect buildings and other structures repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Perform minor maintenance of electrical system including the replacement or repair of fixtures i.e. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, circuit breaker panels, minor appliances, cords, etc.
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
