Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience • 4-8 years consulting in the Microsoft eco-system with a combination of 5-7 D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2, R3 full lifecycle implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing • At least 1-2 upgrades from AX 2012 to D365 F&O • Microsoft certification exams MB 300, 310, 320, 330 or equivalent experience • Experience with Lifecycle Services including BPM/RSAT and DevOps • Microsoft MVP qualification a plus Responsibilities include: • Leads analysis of client business process, and provides expert guidance, creative solutions, best approaches, and practices • Leads functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle to provide expert guidance to ensure both functional and technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 F&O meet client needs • Participates in sales pursuits by leading discovery, configuring software for demonstrations, building project plans, proposals, and leading client presentations • Maintains expertise with D365 F&O software, release schedules, underlying technical architecture, and ISV solutions • Builds client relationships and becomes a trusted advisor • Provides mentorship and coaching to other team members to ensure their continued growth • Provides proactive guidance to clients in anticipation of new releases and solutions from Microsoft and other third-party software vendors • Demonstrates thought-leadership to the Dynamics eco-system through community presentations, white papers, and relationships with Microsoft functional and technical teams • full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX (up to version AX 2012), consideration to those with deep experience in JD Edwards, Oracle ERP, Navision, etc.
