- -Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.-Lead and supervise production teams, including supervisors, line leaders, and operators.-Train and motivate team members to improve performance.-Ensure products meet food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, HALAL).-Work closely with QA/QC to solve quality issues and implement improvements.-Improve production efficiency and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.-Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machines are properly maintained.-Monitor raw material usage and coordinate stock with the warehouse.-Ensure workplace safety and conduct regular safety checks.-Prepare production reports and KPI updates for management.
