* Mempunyai minat dan kasih sayang terhadap kanak-kanak berumur 0–4 tahun.
* Penyabar
bertanggungjawab
penyayang dan berdisiplin.
* Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
* Mampu bekerja secara berkumpulan dan berdikari.
* Sihat tubuh badan serta mampu menjalankan tugas penjagaan kanak-kanak.
* Bersedia menghadiri latihan yang berkaitan.
* Berpengalaman dalam bidang penjagaan kanak-kanak adalah satu kelebihan
namun calon tanpa pengalaman juga digalakkan memohon.
* Mempunyai Sijil Kursus Asuhan & Didikan Awal Kanak-Kanak PERMATA (KAP) atau bersedia untuk mengikutinya (jika diperlukan).
Tanggungjawab Utama:

* Merancang dan melaksanakan aktiviti pembelajaran serta permainan yang bersesuaian mengikut umur.
* Membantu dalam rutin harian seperti makan

sosial dan kognitif kanak-kanak.
* Berkomunikasi dengan ibu bapa mengenai perkembangan dan keperluan anak.
* Memastikan persekitaran Taska sentiasa bersih
selamat dan kondusif.
* Mematuhi semua polisi
prosedur serta peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak Taska dan agensi berkaitan.
