Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent academic experience. • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full spectrum of HR function. • People oriented, team player and able to collaborative with people at all level, including senior management. • Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws. • Competent with Microsoft applications i.e., Words, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Work effectively in a team environment and also able to work under pressure. • Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills. • Very strong and strict personality • Proven ability to design and implement company policies • Meticulous, hands-on and able to maintain confidentiality.
