Operational HR Processing: Oversee personnel management operations for the DIS. You will ensure the timely and accurate processing of critical HR data to support core functions, including performance management, career development, remuneration, postings, succession planning and exit management.
Data Governance & Security: Institute and enforce stringent HR data governance frameworks. You will meticulously manage access rights and ensure strict compliance with security protocols to protect highly sensitive personnel data.
