1. Job Summary • Provide full support and assistance to the Human Resources HOD in organizing and managing the Human Resources Department to meet the requirement of the organization and personnel. • HR Executive is responsible to provide the administrative support services; ie IR & ER, application of new foreign workers & expatriates, work permit renewal, Fomema, immigration matters, farms safety & health, 5s and security etc. • Responsible for new foreign workers application, renewal of foreign workers works permit and foreign workers FOMEMA and Check Out Memo. • Coordinating and organizing Staff welfare / CSR programmed i.e Company events, offsite meeting etc. • Handling workers grievances, IR & ER matters, foreign workers hostel management and matters pertaining to workers’ discipline. • Maintaining harmonize working environment, providing counselling and imposing disciplinary action. • Handling and managing farms safety & health, 5s and security related matters. Carrying out investigation of all safety, near-miss accidents.
