Organise and attend recruitment initiatives to ensure fill up all vacancies for Head Office with quality candidates.
Supporting new employees for Head Office, i.e., conduct induction session and ensure the required employee facilities are provided to them.
Perform payroll management on monthly basis including review accuracy of the pay items according to the Employment Law requirements and Company’s guidelines, analyse payout trends, perform reconciliation in an efficient and timely manner, and always ensure compliance to the statutory requirements.
