- Oversee the insurance department. - Responsible for existing customer, renewal, and new customer’s monthly target. - Direct the development of plans for insurance to achieve targets. - Supervise the whole insurance team and provide guidance to subordinates. - Approach potential customers for promoting insurance. - Prepare daily and monthly insurance reports such as total new and renewal insurance cases. - Handle dealers’ enquiries pertaining to road tax or insurance renewal matter are attended in timely manner & provide accurate information at all times to achieve zero complaint rate from dealers. - Resolve & escalate operation or system issues emanating from any parties. - Build up rapport with insurance companies, gather up to date market information on insurance through regular servicing by insurance companies. - Follow up with insurance companies on the necessary outstanding documents such as additional insurance endorsement on existing policies. - Performing all duties within the guidelines of regulators standards, procedures, and processes. - To manage and monitor new & renewal insurance activities, increase & maximize overall performance of the team. - Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
