- Key Responsibilities:1. Support mass hiring for couriers, drivers, sorters, and frontline operational roles, from sourcing and screening to onboarding support.2. Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.3. Support digital recruitment campaigns and data-driven candidate outreach.4. Assist with AI-enabled recruitment digitalisation, including candidate databases, hiring workflows, dashboards, automation support, and process improvement.5. Work with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, operational demand, and workforce requirements.6. Track recruitment response, conversion, and campaign effectiveness for high-volume hiring.7. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing to strengthen visibility among frontline talent communities.8. Assist with manual recruitment tasks, including documentation, candidate records, follow-ups, and onboarding preparation.9. Complete a mini recruitment or business project to build practical experience and strengthen your portfolio.
