Recruitment & Selection: Involved in recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in candidate selection processes. Interns will also support job posting, candidate database management, and recruitment documentation.
Onboarding & HR Administration: Assist in employee onboarding processes, preparation and management of employee documents, maintenance of HR records, and general administrative tasks. Exposure to basic payroll processing and attendance tracking will also be provided.
Client & On-Site HR Support: Support HR operations by assisting HR officers during on-site client visits. This includes handling employee inquiries, supporting workforce coordination, and providing clarification to workers regarding company policies and procedures.
