Accounts Receivable (AR)  Assist end-to-end AR processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.  Ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time in accordance with contractual terms.  Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare aging reports; assist in following up on overdue accounts.  Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to resolve billing queries. 2. Accounts Payable (AP)  Perform financial review of verified invoices to ensure compliance with approved POs, agreements, and accounting policies prior to payment processing.  Assist processing of vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.  Assist in reconciling AP accounts and managing payment schedules.  Help maintain vendor relationships and resolve queries efficiently. 3. Education and Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.  3–5 years of relevant operational finance experience, ideally in technology, data centres, or engineering environments.  Exposure to AR, AP, Fixed Assets, budgeting, and management reporting is preferred. Skills and Abilities  Strong operational finance knowledge with attention to detail.  Hands-on experience in AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and budgeting processes.  Understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.  Good communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with multiple teams.  Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Lead junior finance staff in daily operations and month-end closing activities.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercial, Procurement).
