Job Description:
Handle data entry for all account transaction AP
Prepare payment for Vendor
Keep track and follow debtor's outstanding payment
Follow up receipt/bill from worker and updating
work closely with sales support
Attend customer whenever necessary for collection purpose
Ensure proper maintenance of records and filling systematically
Able to handle staff claim, petty cash & etc
Perform multi-tasking and any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
Familiar in Microsoft Excel & Word with accounting software would be preferred
Fresh graduate are welcome
Possess mature personality, good communication skill, meticulous and able to work with all levels of staff in the organization
Note: This is a remote work position based in Indonesia. Indonesian residents are preferred.
