Job Duties:
• To manage and implement farm management quality assurance and quality control.
• Audit and report the standard of planting areas and ensure the SOP implementation is aligned with the Farm’s objectives.
• Experience in negotiation, communication and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, contractors and local authorities.
• Supervise and improve the day-to-day farm progress.
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and shareholders regarding farm activities.
• Responsible to execute the instruction of the head of the department.
• Experience in cash crop fruit/vegetable farming equipment & material purchasing are highly encouraged apply.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate holds a Prof Cert / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Forestry or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail analytics skills, Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Ability to travel abroad when required.
• Monitor supplier, vendor, service provider, outsourcer and contractor performance to ensure the quality of delivered service.

Job description
• Implement and manage the whole process of farming operations, including planting, growing and harvesting crops.
• In charge of the daily operations of the farm and preparing a complete daily, weekly and monthly work program.
• Prepare a complete yearly budget for planting activities.
• Design & implement a monitoring system & supervise the proper growth of the crops including ensuring suitable fertilization and extermination of pests and weeds.
• Manage the farm manager/supervisor and team of farmers to ensure that scheduled maintenance of the crops is carried out as planned.
• Plan and monitor the usage of farming inputs and make requisitions where necessary.
• Ensure that proper records are maintained for the farm operations, including operational, financial and compliance records.
• Report and provide updates to the top management regarding the progress of the planting, harvesting and sales.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all food safety practices.
• Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the top management.

GIS Manager / Senior Executive (Licensed Land Surveyor), Working Based in Pahang Farm
Responsible to plan, gather and obtain the necessary information pertaining to the assigned work. Prepare survey as-built drawing, record survey related data, construction setting out, levelling works and etc.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors’s Degree/professional Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience in Land surveying is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skill(s): ZWCAD & AUTOCAD and Ms Office (esp. Ms Excel)
• Preferably Managers specializing in Land Surveying firm.
• Having experience in solving engineering site matters.
• Independent and can lead to handle development project related to surveying.
• Familiar with submission to relevant Authorities and/or National code.
• Have Knowledge and experience in Agriculture Land Survey (UUDS, Laser Scanning & GIS) and project management.
• Have established a network with local Authorities.
• Strong knowledge of land regulatory requirements.
• Possess strong communication & negotiation skills and am meticulous to details.
• Efficient, accurate and precise work.
• Responsible and highly committed towards his/her assignment.
