Trainee Slickline Assistant
This position will be based in Kemaman & Labuan
To mechanically execute and manipulate downhole tools and equipment in the field of wireline / slickline to minimize oil deferment and maximize the profitability of oil and gas wells in a safe and professional manner to recognize procedures and good oilfield practices.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation, Technical, Mechanical or equivalent).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Scope (not limited to):
Accurately record well pressure/data
Assist wireline / slickline operator on rigging up
To attend briefing / de-briefing session with Field Service Manager before going to offshore
Assist wireline / slickline operator on operations
Maintain Tool inventory and spare parts availability
Inspect the quality of wire to be used for wireline activity
Main Responsibilities
Actively respond to client inquiries and address requests for information or proposals within a reasonable timeframe.
Provide regular project status reports and update management on progress.
Utilize project management techniques for early problem identification and mitigation
Maintain inventory records, including essential equipment, consumables, and PPE.
Monitor the arrangements for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
Ensure projects are delivered to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives
Requirements
Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree.

1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Remind the manager of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
3. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
4. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
5. Manage daily tasks and to-do lists.
6. Keep track of important documents, contracts, and records.
7. Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
8. Follow up on outstanding tasks and projects.
9. Coordinate personal appointments and events.
10. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and briefs.
11. Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
12. Ensure all travel documents are in order.
13. Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
14. Draft and proofread documents, letters, and reports.
15. Research various topics as requested.
16. Compile information and reports as needed.
17. Track and manage expenses, including reimbursements.
18. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
19. To understand and maintain QMS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
20. In addition to the roles and responsibilities, employees always have to take care of the safety and health of themselves and other employees in accordance with the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 1994 Section 24 PART VI GENERAL DUTIES OF EMPLOYEES.

Painting Supervisors oversee and coordinate crews of painters while working on indoor and outdoor assignments. Some of their duties are estimating material requirements, assigning tasks, evaluating work progress, ensuring that safety guidelines are respected, recommending corrective actions, and recruiting and training employees.

1. To be responsible for upkeeping the cleanliness and tidiness of the SCOR office including cleaning workspace, common areas, hallways, pantry, and restroom.
2. To wipe, dust/polish all surfaces, countertops, and cabinets including office equipment.
3. To sweep and mop all the floors (inside/outside), internal entrance and stairways
4. To clean all toilets and pantries sinks, taps, draining boards, and basins.
5. To empty all the bins/trash and replenish the toilet papers/rolls and others as needed.
6. To wipe and clean all pantry’s tables, cabinets and refrigerator, wash dishes/plates, cutleries and cups/saucers after the client’s visit.
7. To clean walls, windows, doors including door rails/handles/knobs and corridor pathways.
8. To perform laundry of all Operations coveralls, hand clothes, and floor mats.
9. Ensure sufficient stock of cleaning items, and notify the Administration when materials are running low so that they can be ordered centrally.
10. To be able to assess the cleanliness and hygiene situation in all areas.
11. To ensure doors are secured/locked in certain areas as required.
12. To notify the Superior of any encountered deficiencies or needs for repairs.
13. To keep track of the cleaning schedule.
14. To understand and maintain QMS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
