We are looking for a hands-on Catering Operations & Logistics Executive to own the operational backbone of our catering business — from kitchen dispatch to on-time delivery, supplier and delivery-partner coordination, food-safety compliance, and the reporting that keeps management informed. This is a role with real ownership and a clear KPI-based incentive structure that rewards strong performance as the business grows.
- THE ROLEYou will own catering operations and logistics end-to-end. You will:- Oversee packing and dispatch — ensure every order is packed correctly, completely, and on schedule for each event.- Plan and schedule deliveries — build delivery routes and timings across multiple simultaneous events, especially weekend peaks.- Source and negotiate with delivery partners and transport vendors to keep logistics reliable and cost-effective.- Enforce SFA food-safety and hygiene compliance across handling, transport, and storage; keep operations audit-ready.- Prepare and submit GeBIZ / government and corporate tender bids and quotations.- Handle partnership and client outreach by email — build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and corporate clients.- Produce weekly and monthly operations reports from backend order data (fulfilment, delivery performance, costs).
- MUST-HAVES- Prior experience in catering, F&B, logistics, or events operations.- Strong coordination and scheduling ability — able to manage many moving parts under time pressure.- Comfortable with supplier/vendor negotiation and cost control.- Good written communication for outreach, quotations, and tender submissions.- Working knowledge of SFA food-safety / hygiene standards (or willingness to certify).- Class 3 driving licence preferred.- Comfortable with weekend and public-holiday event work. ...
