Responsibilities:
Provide supports to sales personnel in ensuring smooth running of the entire sales department, including sales presentations, events and exhibition
To promote and sell the Company’s products to customers in order to secure the agreed targets.
Assist in organizing new product launching, promotions, exhibitions and all other marketing activities
Conduct all daily administration and documentation works for Sales and Marketing Department.
Assist Sales Team to liaise with customers and operation counterparts in meeting targets set.
Coordinate with forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, Government / Regulatory Departments etc for shipment arrangement and its related matters.
Assist in preparation of shipping/logistics documents as well as all related reports and monthly analysis.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing advert in the press – local, regional, national, and specialist publications
Manage the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletter for local and oversea market
Prepare monthly statistical analysis, sales report as well as carry out market research on product, potential market, monitor competitor activity and industry trend
Maintain and update existing customer database
Assist in any other ad-hoc sales & marketing projects and perform any other related duties as applicable
Marketing consultants advise companies in the development of marketing strategies for specific purposes. They can advise and develop strategies for the entry of a brand in the market, for the re-launch of a product, for the introduction of a new product, or for the positioning of a commercial image. They perform previous studies of the position of the company and perception of customers in order to define the marketing approach.
a) Daily Job Scope:
- Ensure the Corporate Customer order is entertained,
* to process customer’s new order
* to liaise and confirm with customer regarding order details
* to issue Pro-forma Invoice
* to review the delivery plan with other dept / section to meet customer’s requirement
* to expedite payment and fill in the soft copy of payment advice in server
* to liaise with logistic dept on the shipping schedule and documents
- Ensure the online customer order is entertained
* to process online customer’s new order
* to print out all customer’s order and consignment note
* to order and packing all customer’s order
* to inform the courier company to pick up order.
- Answer & reply to customer enquiry or complaint.
- Compile customers Daily Sales data.
- Allocate products to customers based on warehouse current stock.
b) Weekly Job Scope:
- Collect and compile customers order, analyze if sufficient to meet sales target, then update to PD and Purchaser.
- Update MKT & R&D weekly Meeting Minutes to all and inform latest meeting time.
- Generate and analyze weekly customers Total Sales then report to all. (Every Monday)
- Generate and analyze weekly Food panda, Grab Food Sales then report to all. (Every Monday)
c) Monthly Job Scope:
- Collect and compile customers monthly product Forecast, analyze value is sufficient to meet sales target, then update to internal team. (Every 11th of the month)
- Update Document Management MKT portion of YS outlets Key Performance Indicators (KPI). (Every 5th of the month)
- Generate and analyze monthly product sales data then report to internal team.
- Generate and analyze monthly customers sales result then report to internal team.
d) Seasonal/ Occasionally Job Scope:
- Compile and update product Price List to internal team.
- Compile and update YS outlets Target Sales to internal team and related outlets.
- Collect and compile YS outlets Seasonal product Forecast, analyze value is sufficient to meet sales target, then update to internal team.
- Analyze and update if outlets product Forecast are fulfilled by HQ and any Forecast adjustment to be made based on sales trend.
- Compile seasonal outlets inventory data.
- Generate and analyze seasonal sales results then report to internal team.
- Collect customer complaint info from outlets and generate Customer Complaint Record to QA.
- Follow up complained item batch number, make sure all outlets checked or returned on same batch products.
e) To assist other team members in department to complete jobs together.

Support in all the brand planning, integrated marketing, event management and internal marketing training program, website management and execution of marketing strategies, programs and projects. Responsible for creating marketing collaterals for both online and offline platforms.
