  • - Greet and serve guests - Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the required individual or take and save the message they want to deliver - Ensure sufficient supply of office tools and place orders when necessary - Receive letters, documents and packages and distribute to nominees or responsible individuals - Ensure all office records and files are kept in an organized state - Answer questions and resolve complaints - Checking, organizing and resending emails to responsible individuals or printing documents sent by certain parties for information or management action - To assist in issuing customer's quotation - Perform administrative tasks assigned from time to time
