Responsible for general office administrative duties.
Provide day-to-day secretarial administrative support to the team.
Prepare meeting minutes and perform secretariat duties.
Assist in purchasing of office inventories and pantry items.
Review vendor quotations and make recommendations to management.

Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of secretarial administrative support experience.
