Job Requirement:
1. Conduct precision splicing and termination of optical fibers to establish reliable connections and maintain low signal loss.
2. Conduct optical power and loss measurements, and utilize testing equipment to ensure signal strength and quality meet industry standards.
3. Identify and diagnose network issues, perform repairs, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain network integrity.
4. Use specialized tools and equipment for fiber optic work, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.
5. Work closely with project teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirement
1. Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Technician or in a related role.
2. Knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and termination techniques.
3. Familiarity with fiber optic testing equipment and tools.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
6. Possess a CIDB green card and NTSP card.
7. Willing to travel and work on call
8. Responsible and good attitude
