- Key Responsibilities-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, reference checks, and onboarding.-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support and market insights.-Lead recruitment activities for senior, specialist, technical, and leadership roles.-Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.-Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through effective communication and structured recruitment processes.-Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.-Support internal mobility initiatives and identify potential successors for critical positions.-Assist in talent management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and employee development tracking.-Prepare and analyze recruitment and talent management reports, KPIs, and workforce data.-Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s attractiveness as an employer of choice.
