- Key Responsibilities
- • Process remittance transactions accurately, with zero defects and within SLA timelines.• Ensure same-day processing and compliance with bank policies, procedures, guidelines, and AML requirements.• Verify funds, screen applications, obtain necessary approvals, update daily registers, and escalate issues to relevant business units.• Handle telephone, SWIFT and email enquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.• Perform accurate data entry, verification, approval and authorization of transactions in AMLA, SWIFT Alliance and other payment systems.• Verify GL entries and payment instructions, retrieve required documents, and maintain proper filing and housekeeping.• Assist team members with other remittance products and tasks as required.• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports, including SLA, CUR, MAS and month-end reports.• Monitor KPIs, perform CUR data entry, and conduct system testing when required.• Support administrative duties, ad hoc assignments, projects, and other tasks assigned by Management.
