The Manager will be the gate keeper in the timeliness and accuracy of employee related payments (including annual cycles). It is a primary role to review these payments and keep a systematic cycle to this. The Manager will collaborate with relevant departments, vendors and stakeholders to achieve this objective. In day-to-day operations, the Manager will lead and supervise the HR Services members in managing and completing HR processes and systems to expected timeline and accuracy level.

Most regular will be store operations where HRS is the primary contact in HR matters with store managers in handling new hires, regular and resigned employees.
