JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead the Procurement Department
Responsible for sourcing and selection of suppliers and vendors; identify and negotiate on credit term application with suppliers and vendors.
Work closely with the Cost & Contract team to obtain product specifications and cost estimation for materials sourcing.
To plan and coordinate with suppliers/ vendors and site personnel on delivery schedules and perform close monitoring to ensure materials are delivered on time to respective project sites.
Perform inventory control and tracking; prepare weekly/ monthly reports for superior.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
At least 7 years relevant working experience as a Procurement and Maintenance Senior Executive /Head of Procurement and Maintenance or in a similar position.
Possess supervisory and management experience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market talent in negotiations and networking.
Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Deep knowledge in maintenance and procurement techniques.
